General

Framed is a photobooth rental service for private and corporate events in Luxembourg.

Our goal: a simple, fast and memorable photo experience for you and your guests.

We cover the entire Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with no travel or delivery charges — everything is included in your package price.

We also operate in the Greater Region (France, Belgium, Germany) on request and with a custom quote. Contact us to find out more.

Weddings, birthdays, private parties, baptisms, galas, seminars, corporate events, end-of-year parties…

Framed works equally well for intimate gatherings and large receptions.

Every package includes 4 hours of rental. If your event runs longer, you can add extra hours at €50 / hour directly when booking online.

1. Book online by choosing your package, date and photobooth. Takes less than 3 minutes.

2. We confirm your booking by email within 24 hours.

3. Your event manager calls you (15–30 min) to finalise logistics (delivery time and location, photobooth placement) and your visual preferences (photo background, decorations…).

4. On the day, we handle everything: delivery, setup and collection.

Packages & pricing

We offer 4 packages:

- Digital (€149): unlimited digital photos, no printed copies

- 100 Prints (€279): 100 prints (4×6 in) + digital photos

- 200 Prints (€369): 200 prints + custom background included + digital photos

- 400 Prints (€499): 400 prints + custom background included + dedicated assistance + digital photos

All packages include 4h rental and free delivery & setup.

Need more than 400 prints? Contact us for a custom quote.

Yes. All print packages (100/200/400) include unlimited digital photos (12 megapixels, 4272 × 2848 px).

You can customise your booking with:

- Custom background (+€49): your logo, brand colours or event theme on every photo

- Accessories kit (+€29): hats, glasses, boas and fun props

- Extra hours (+€50 / hour): up to 4 additional hours

Yes. The price shown at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees. Delivery and setup are always free.


The included duration is 4 hours, plus any extra hours selected at the time of booking. If you wish to extend the service on the day of the event beyond the planned duration, this is possible subject to your event manager's or Framed contact's approval, and will be charged at €75 per unplanned additional hour (out-of-package rate).

No, none. For any event in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, delivery, setup and collection are included in your package price — regardless of your venue's location.

Booking

Go to the Packages page, choose your package, date and photobooth. The booking takes less than 3 minutes.

Those dates are already booked by other clients. The calendar is updated in real time.

We confirm your booking by email within 24 hours (business days). Your event manager will then call you to go over the details.

Yes. Contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or WhatsApp to adjust the date, package or add-ons.

Full payment is due no later than the day of the event. A deposit may be requested upon booking confirmation.

Cancellation terms are set out in our General Terms and Conditions. If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible so we can find the best solution.

Setup & logistics

A stable area of roughly 2×2 m and a standard power outlet (220V) nearby. No other constraints.

We schedule setup before your event starts, in agreement with your event manager. The goal: everything ready and tested before your guests arrive.

Yes, under certain conditions. You need a sheltered space (no rain or direct wind), a stable surface and a nearby power outlet.

Yes, fully. Delivery, setup and collection are included in your package price, with no surcharge — anywhere in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Photos & prints

Photos are taken with a professional camera. Sharp, bright and suitable for both printing and digital sharing.

Prints are 4×6 in (10×15 cm), the most common standard photo format.

Printing takes about 12 seconds. Your guests walk away with their memory in moments.

All digital photos are shared instantly via QR code (WhatsApp, email or download). A download link is also sent after the event.

Yes. The "Custom background" option (+€49) lets you add your logo, colours or event theme to every photo.

Technical

Your event manager is reachable throughout the event. If an issue arises, contact us by phone or WhatsApp — we respond fast.

Yes. The touchscreen interface is intuitive and designed for all ages — no assistance needed.
